Buddies

Super Hero Tucker to the Rescue!!!  (This will be one for his future wife!  hehehehe :) )

Flying to his next destination.

Showing you the “T”!

Snowy Saturday

We had a great time playing outside in the snow on Saturday.  Hoping to get out again before it all melts!

Modeling her new snow boots and snow pants!! Too cute! :)

Look how deep it is!

Sliding into the snow.

We’ll hire him out!  Anyone interested?!

Headed off to work.

Poor thing spent a lot of time in this position.  She’d fall over and then spend all of this time and energy just getting back up.  It’s hard with all of that gear on.

And then she decided to just fall in the snow, on purpose!

Must not have been all that she expected.

Time to go for a ride.

Mama got tired! :)

She was having fun knocking snow into the sled.

She was about covered by the time we got to the end of the block.

Our sweet snow babies!

Finally getting to hang up the birdhouse that the boys made and only just in time before the big snow hit tonight!  Hoping some lucky bird has found the warm place to stay!! :)

All done!!  Nice job boys!

Every day I’m reminded of how Tessa is getting older-no longer baby but toddler for sure!  She’s doing “older” things now.  It makes me sad because that baby time is over but joyous at the same time because she’s growing and learning and doing what she’s supposed to be doing.  More on that later but for now…

Lately she’s been into the mega blocks and loves to put them together!  She’ll also entertain herself for a while doing these.  (Another sign she’s growing up!)

Concentrating so hard.

And knocking them down is the best part.

And her favorite thing to say now, “Ta-da!!!”  She’s SOOO proud of herself.

And now she’ll sit still enough for at least one book at bedtime.

I love her genuine excitement!

Where’s Tessa?!

Half human-half monkey!

This past weekend we got to celebrate birthdays of THREE beautiful and amazing ladies in our lives.  Saturday morning we headed to my grandparents farm for lunch to celebrate my mom’s birthday which was last Monday!

Grandpa Great is doing so well and we are thankful for that! :) Yay for good health!

Then it was back in the car again.  This time we had a serenade by Tucker…(I haven’t the slightest clue what all of this meant but Nathan’s only comment, “Don’t know where he gets that from?!”) :)

We headed to Indy to celebrate our niece Anna’s first birthday which was Friday!!  Happy birthday sweet girl!

I think she was in sugar overload.

These two crack me up!

Then it was wrestling time!

Anna definitely won!

We finally had a chance to take some generation pictures.  4 generations here!

3 Generations (Hmmm, I wonder why Pops is holding Tucker’s foot?!)

One of my favorite pics from the day!

And lastly we got to go out to eat and celebrate our sweet Grandma Jean’s birthday which was on Saturday!!  Again, we are thankful she’s doing okay too.

Long, long, long day!  But a great day! :)

Snow Time

So Tucker is beyond excited that snow is finally here!!!  He’s finally well after his ear infection AND a virus of some sort which left him on the couch for a good four days!  This is SOOO not our son so we are glad he’s finally feeling better and ready for winter fun!

Time for some fun!

Good times!!  We all got to go out on Sunday afternoon and do more sleigh rides (this time with Tessa), make snow angels, and have a small snowball fight.  No snowman as the snow wouldn’t pack.  But it was fun family time.  No pics of that time.  I decided to have fun instead of worrying about the camera!

A Little Tessa

So I realize alot of the posts recently have been about Tucker (or mostly about Tucker).  (Sorry Tessa!)  I guess it’s just the “first born does more so I take more pictures” thing?!  I don’t know.  Trying to make myself feel a little less guilty.  Anyway, a little Tessa for you…

Tessa at 16 1/2 months.  Showing off those 8 beautiful teeth! :)

Off to get into something…

Nice!  Stealing brothers blankie!

Where’s Tessa?!

Peek-a-boo!

Here’s some video of the cute girl…

Where are Tucker’s cars?!  GUILTY!

Watching the boys working outside in the snow.

Taking Down the Tree

Sad sad…taking down the Christmas tree.  At least Daddy had good help!
